This is the first casting from Ral Partha.
The arms and lower torso are one piece, the pistol points to the right.
No "special features" sculpted onto it. |

This is the second casting from Ral Partha. It
was made available to players who completed one of the Crescent Hawk computer
games. The exact one slips my mind at the moment. Notice the Hawk symbols
which have been sculpted into the left leg and top of both wings. Arms
are now separate from the body and the pistol is pointed forward. Also
note that a hexbase was included with this miniature. That base was
molded so that the small, oval base of the feet fit perfectly into the
top of the hexbase. |

This is the third casting from Ral Partha.
It uses the upper torso from the first series and the lower torso and arms
from the second series (Infocom Special). There are no hawk symbols
on the wings but the symbol remains on the left leg. This appears
to be the most common of these minis. |

The question was asked, so I looked
at my Phoenix Hawk LAM minis: There are no mold dates on either of these
last two mold sets. I have minis both in the blister, and out. The legs
with the Crescent Hawk logo have no manufacturer stamp on them. |

The upper torso has small, round thrusters and vents in the intakes.
On the lower torso the right arm crosses the body with the left arm resting
on top of the medium laser. |

The most distinguishing features of the upper torso are the large,
round thrusters. The intakes are smaller than on the Stinger LAM and there
are no vents in them. On the lower torso the right arm has no hand
and points away from the main body. |
